At SV Premier Care we make sure every member of our team is friendly, professional and focused on making day-to-day living as comfortable as it can be — supporting a balanced emotional, social, psychological and physical wellbeing for each person we care for.
Who we are. SV Premier Care is a family-run domiciliary care agency based in Ballygowan, Co. Down, registered with and inspected by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA registration 021048). Our Registered Manager, Sharon Vellem, leads a small team of carers whose management have over 20 years’ experience in social care and nursing. Being small and local means you will know your carers, and they will know you.
We support privately funded clients across Ballygowan, Carryduff, Moneyreagh and Belfast, and we work alongside GPs, district nurses and Health and Social Care Trust teams involved in your care. We believe the best care comes from finding the right people, training them well and valuing them for the work they do.
What we offer
We take the time to understand exactly what you need help with so that the time we spend with you is time well spent.
Remaining independent and in your own home means so much, and often, a little help on a regular basis is all you need. SV Premier provides a wide range of services to support individuals in their own homes, typically tailored to each person’s specific need.
We will create a personalised care plan that you and your family members can access on our system’s family portal, which will help build trust between us and guarantees that you receive the best possible care.
Technology
SV Premier Care uses innovative digital technology, to record the care delivered to you. Our system ensures the care worker will use a mobile phone/tablet to record the details of your visit and daily wellbeing. This technology has been designed to support our care workers and to enhance the care provided .This system allows us to record daily care and your family and relatives will have the option (but with no obligation) to download the Family App.
This gives them visibility of when your care worker arrives and details of the visits in real time, allowing them to keep track of your care programme and daily wellbeing. This technology has been helpful in connecting service users and loved ones
